Food Safety Tips Prior to Cooking:
Store in freezer until 48 hours prior to cooking.
Set in pan & thaw in refrigerator.
Cook to internal temperature of 74C/165F.
Preheat oven to 190C/375F.
Spray baking sheet with oil. Remove chicken tenders from bag and transfer into pecan/ crumb bag.
Seal bag and shake well to coat chicken. Place coated chicken onto baking sheet about an inch apart. Sprinkle any remaining pecan mixture over chicken and then gently press mixture into chicken.
Bake in oven for 10-15 min. or until cooked through. Place dipping sauce into a small dish and serve.
