Food Safety Tips Prior to Cooking:
Store in freezer until 48 hours prior to cooking.
Set in pan & thaw in refrigerator.
Cook to internal temperature of 74C/165F.
Cooking Instructions:
Preheat oven to 205C/400F.
Grease a baking dish (9X13).
Spread a thin layer of sauce into baking dish. Layer pasta, 1/2 cottage cheese mixture, 1/2 sauce. Repeat layering, ending with shredded cheese.
Bake uncovered for 40 minutes or until bubbly. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting into squares.
Suggested Side Dish:
Fresh green salad.
