Food Safety Tips Prior to Cooking:
Store in freezer until 48 hours prior to cooking.
Set in pan & thaw in refrigerator.
Cook to internal temperature of 74C/165F.
Cooking Instructions:
Preheat oven to 190C/375F.
Set chicken breast down in a roasting pan. Pour remaining marinade over chicken.
Roast in oven for 1 1/2 - 2 hours, and check chicken for doneness with cooking thermometer.
Remove from oven, and let sit for 10 minutes prior to slicing. While chicken sits, prepare the vegetables by dropping them into boiling, salted water for 2 minutes.
Drain and toss with butter and any desired seasonings.
