Food Safety Tips Prior to Cooking:
Store in freezer until 48 hours prior to cooking.
Set in pan & thaw in refrigerator.
Cook to internal temperature of 74C/165F.
Cooking Instructions:
Preheat oven to 190C/375F.
Place chicken in roasting pan; brush with glaze.
Seal bag and massage chicken until well coated.
Roast at 350ºF 1 hour to 1 hour and 30 minutes, or until chicken is deep-golden brown and juices run clear.
Let stand 5 minutes before slicing. Drop vegetables into boiling salted water for 1 minute. Drain and serve with chicken.
Serve with a fresh green salad.
