Food Safety Tips Prior to Cooking:
Store in freezer until 48 hours prior to cooking.
Set in pan & thaw in refrigerator.
Cook to internal temperature of 74C/165F.
Cooking Instructions:
Empty contents of chicken and chorizo bag into a large Dutch oven over medium high heat. Cook and stir until chicken is cooked through.
Add contents of rice bag: cook and stir until onion is tender.
Add contents of tomato/ liquid bag; stir and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
Stir in contents of shrimp & peas bag. Cover and simmer for 10 more minutes, or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.

Serve with a fresh green salad and a pitcher of Sangria!
