Food Safety Tips Prior to Cooking:
Store in freezer until 48 hours prior to cooking.
Set in pan & thaw in refrigerator.
Cook to internal temperature of 74C/165F.
Preheat oven to 190C/375F.
Seal bag and massage chicken until well coated with marinade/paste.
Place chicken, breast down, in a roasting pan and roast in the oven for 1 1/2 hours or until cooked through and golden. Or place in crockpot on low setting 8-10 hours or high 5-6hours.
Check for doneness with cooking thermometer
Let rest for 10 minutes prior to slicing.
Place potato wedges on baking sheet. Place in oven for 20-25 minutes before chicken is done
Serve with a fresh green salad.
