Food Safety Tips Prior to Cooking:
Store in freezer until 48 hours prior to cooking.
Set in pan & thaw in refrigerator.
Cook to internal temperature of 74C/165F.
Place noodles in boiling water and let cook to soften 6-8 minutes. Drain.
Heat a large wok over medium-high heat, and add contents of chicken bag. Cook until chicken is no longer pink. Add the vegetables, and shrimp, and stir-fry until shrimp are cooked through, about 2 minutes. Add noodles and toss to coat.
Add peanut/spice paste and toss to distribute. Cook until heated through, about 2 minutes.
Serve pad Thai alone or on top of lettuce and garnish with bean sprouts, cilantro and chopped peanuts.
Serve with a fresh green salad
