Food Safety Tips Prior to Cooking:
Store in freezer until 48 hours prior to cooking.
Set in pan & thaw in refrigerator.
Cook to internal temperature of 74C/165F.
Cooking Instructions:
Place quinoa and 3 cups of water in a pot on stove, cover and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer 15 minutes or until water has been absorbed. Fluff with a fork.
Place contents of chicken bag into pan and saute until cooked through, approx. 5 minutes.
Add 1 cup of hot water to Satay bag. Seal bag and massage well to mix. Pour contents into the pan with chicken, stir and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes or until sauce has thickened.
Mix sauce and quinoa together and serve!
