Delicate white fish is baked and topped with toasted almonds, kalmata olives, orange, raisins and roasted red peppers. Served with broccoli spears.
Cooking time approx. 20-30 minutes – Oven/Stovetop

 
Cooking Instructions

Food Safety Tips Prior to Cooking:

Store in freezer until 48 hours prior to cooking.
Set in pan & thaw in refrigerator.
Cook to internal temperature of 74C/165F.

Cooking Instructions Stovetop:

Preheat oven to 190C/375F.

Place Basa fillets on baking sheet (lined with foil if desired). Bake basa at375F for 15-30min. until fish flakes easily with a fork
While basa is baking Coat pan with cooking spray (or 1 tbsp olive oil); add nuts and garlic to pan. Sauté for 30 seconds. Add olive mixture to pan; cook 1 minute or until liquid evaporates. Serve with fish.
While Basa is baking steam broccoli spears for 1 minute, check for tenderness, then remove from heat. Serve with fish.
