Smoked Paprika Roasted Salmon

An aromatic blend of smoked paprika, cinnamon and citrus are rubbed on a marinated salmon fillet. Served with orzo pasta.

Food Safety Tips Prior to Cooking:

Store in freezer until 48 hours prior to cooking.
Set in pan & thaw in refrigerator.
Cook to internal temperature of 74C/165F.

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400F.
Empty orzo into boiling salted water. Boil 15 minutes or until desired tenderness is reached. Drain and season to taste with butter and salt and pepper and parmesan cheese if desired.
While Orzo is boiling, Remove Salmon from marinade and place skin side down on a foil lined baking sheet. Discard marinade.
Rub salmon evenly with smoked paprika mixture, and roast for 10-30 min.( depending on thickness of fillet) or until fish flakes easily with a fork. < Serving Suggestion: serve salmon over lightly sauteed spinach.
