Food Safety Tips Prior to Cooking:
Store in freezer until 48 hours prior to cooking.
Set in pan & thaw in refrigerator.
Cook to internal temperature of 74C/165F.
Cooking Instructions:
Preheat oven to 450F, and set rack in upper third. Coat a rimmed baking sheet lightly with oil.
Place loaves on baking sheet. Brush with mustard mixture; top with cheese.
Transfer meatloaves to upper rack of oven. At the same time, place potatoes on another baking sheet and place on lower rack. Bake until loaves are cooked through, 15 to 20 minutes.
Remove from oven, and let sit for 5-10 minutes prior to serving
