Food Safety Tips Prior to Cooking:
Store in freezer until 48 hours prior to cooking.
Set in pan & thaw in refrigerator.
Cook to internal temperature of 74C/165F.
Massage chicken bag often while thawing.
Place thighs on grill or broiling pan, and coat with chutney sauce.
Grilling: Grill over medium heat 12-15 minutes or until chicken is done. turning once and brushing with the chutney mixture during the last 4-5 minutes of grilling. If using a gas grill, preheat the grill and cover.
Broiling: place the chicken on a rack and broil 4-5 inches from the heat for 12-15 minutes or until chicken is done, turning once and brushing with chutney mixture during last 4-5 minutes of broiling.
When done, sprinkle with parsley/sesame seed mix and serve.
