Food Safety Tips Prior to Cooking:
Store in freezer until 48 hours prior to cooking.
Set in pan & thaw in refrigerator.
Cook to internal temperature of 74C/165F.
Preheat oven to 375F.
Cook rice according to instructions included.
Place salmon on oven-proof baking sheet and cover with marinade. Bake for 10-15 minutes - until opaque. Do not overcook.
Serve over rice with a fresh green salad and lemon wedges.
