1) Feta Stuffed Bison Burgers (4-6 servings)
An open faced free range/hormone free bison burger stuffed with spinach, feta and spices for your oven or grill.

2) Salmon Teriyaki with Harvest Rice (4-6 servings)
Salmon fillets with a teriyaki marinade served over a bed of harvest rice.
