Ancho Chipotle Chicken Breasts with Mango Salsa

Chicken Breasts kicked up in this South of the Border flavor explosion! Ancho and chipotle chili seasoning make this tasty but not too spicy. Coupled with the mango salsa this savory sweet combo is sure to become a quick weeknight favorite!

Store in freezer until 48 hours prior to cooking.
Set in pan & thaw in refrigerator.
Cook to internal temperature of 74C/165F.

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat well oiled grill or grill pan to medium high heat. Grill breasts 5-7 minutes per side or until chicken juices run clear.
Drop orzo into boiling salted water. Boil for 10 minutes. Drain and season with butter, salt and pepper, and parmesan cheese if desired. Serve with mango salsa (included).
