Set in pan & thaw in refrigerator.
Cook to internal temperature of 74C/165F.

Preheat the broiler, setting rack about 8 inches from the heat. Prepare rice according to instructions provided.
Arrange chicken on the broiler pan and broil about 5 minutes on each side. Transfer chicken to a serving dish and brush with the pan juices. Serve over rice.
