Smoked Paprika Roasted Salmon with Broccoli

An aromatic blend of smoked paprika, cinnamon and citrus are rubbed on a marinated salmon fillet.

Food Safety Tips Prior to Cooking:

Store in freezer until 48 hours prior to cooking.
Set in pan & thaw in refrigerator.
Cook to internal temperature of 74C/165F.

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400F.
Prepare broccoli according to instructions provided
While broccoli is boiling, Remove Salmon from marinade and place skin side down on a foil lined baking sheet. Discard marinade.
Rub salmon evenly with smoked paprika mixture, and roast for 10-30 min.( depending on thickness of fillet) or until fish flakes easily with a fork. < Serving Suggestion: serve salmon over lightly sauteed spinach.
