Salmon fillet(s) marinate in a delicious blend of balsamic vinegar, olive oil, rosemary and garlic. Served with Broccoli Spears.

Cooking Instructions

Store in freezer until 48 hours prior to cooking.
Set in pan & thaw in refrigerator.
Cook to internal temperature of 74C/165F.

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375F.
Place salmon on baking sheet and cover with marinade. Bake for 20-40 minutes (depending on thickness of fillet).
Drop broccoli spears into boiling salted water for 2 minutes. Drain and serve. .

Suggested accompaniment

Serve with a fresh green salad and lemon wedges.
