Tender chicken breasts marinate in a tangy apricot glaze. Served with Quinoa. Great for the oven or the grill!

Food Safety Tips Prior to Cooking:

Store in freezer until 48 hours prior to cooking.
Set in pan & thaw in refrigerator.
Cook to internal temperature of 74C/165F.

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat broiler or barbeque.
Massage chicken bag to coat. Empty contents of chicken bag onto broiler rack and broil for 10 minutes. Turn chicken and continue to broil for 10 more minutes, or until cooked through. For Barbeque, place thighs and artichokes on grill. Baste with marinade and turn as needed.
While chicken is cooking, Boil potatoes for 5-10 minutes, until desired tenderness is reached.
Remove chicken to platter. Remove artichoke hearts and scrapings from broiler pan and serve over chicken. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese/ parsley blend and serve with potatoes.

Serving Suggestion: Accompany with a fresh salad.
