Thai Grilled Chicken

Chicken breasts are marinated in our Thai sauce for a tasty dinner accompanied by mixed vegetables.
Cooking time 10-15 minutes - Barbeque/Grill OR 40-60 minutes if using Broiler

Food Safety Tips Prior to Cooking:

Store in freezer until 48 hours prior to cooking.
Set in pan & thaw in refrigerator.
Cook to internal temperature of 74C/165F.

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 190C/375F.

Add contents of chicken bag to baking dish and bake until chicken is cooked through, approximately 40-60minutes. Grill: Remove chicken from marinade and grill 5-10 minutes on each side until cooked through.

Drop vegetables into boiling salted water and cook for two minutes.

Serve Chicken with vegetables

Suggested Side Dish:

Fresh green salad.
