Sesame Tofu and Broccoli

A classic oriental stir fry with tofu slices, broccoli florets, roasted red pepper , green onions and sesame seeds served over rice.

Food Safety Tips Prior to Cooking:

Store in freezer until 48 hours prior to cooking.
Set in pan & thaw in refrigerator.
Cook to internal temperature of 74C/165F.

Cooking Instructions:

Prepare rice according to instructions provided.
Heat wok or skillet and sautee contents of tofu bag on high heat 3-4 minutes.
Add broccoli and broth mixture to wok. Cover and bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer over low heat for about 8 minutes.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve over rice.

Suggested Side Dish:

Fresh green salad.
