Beef strips marinate in fajita seasonings, wrapped up with garbanzo beans, tomatoes and spices. Great for a quick dinner at home or wrap them up for a picnic at the beach!

Food Safety Tips Prior to Cooking:

Store in freezer until 48 hours prior to cooking.
Set in pan & thaw in refrigerator.
Cook to internal temperature of 74C/165F.

Cooking Instructions:

Gently massage beef bag to coat. Place contents into medium skillet and sautee on medium high heat for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

For COLD wraps ( or wrapped up to go) Place contents of garbanzo/ vegetable bag into a large bowl and stir to mix ingredients Add sauteed beef strips. Place 1/3 cup on each tortilla, roll up an serve or wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate until needed.

For WARM wraps: Add contents of garbanzo/ vegetable bag to skillet to heat through. Place 1/3 cup onto warmed tortilla, roll up and serve.
