Store in freezer until 48 hours prior to cooking.
Set in pan & thaw in refrigerator.
Cook to internal temperature of 74C/165F.

Massage steak bag frequently while thawing.
Massage steak bag to coat.
Sautee contents of beef bag in a skillet over med- high heat until cooked to desired level of doneness. Remove from pan.
Pan-fry onions and peppers together in a teaspoon of oil until tender-crisp.
Heat tortillas and serve.
