Food Safety Tips Prior to Cooking:

Store in freezer until 48 hours prior to cooking.
Set in pan & thaw in refrigerator.
Cook to internal temperature of 74C/165F.

Cooking Instructions:

Pour contents of beef mixture into crock pot, cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours. Thirty minutes prior to serving pour egg noodles into boiling water and cook until tender, approximately 9 minutes. Meanwhile, pour contents of sour cream bag into crock pot, stirring well to incorporate.
