Apple Horseradish Glazed Salmon

Salmon fillets flavoured with apple jelly, horseradish and chives. Served with orzo pasta.

Food Safety Tips Prior to Cooking:

Store in freezer until 48 hours prior to cooking.
Set in pan & thaw in refrigerator.
Cook to internal temperature of 74C/165F.

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 180C/375F.
Remove salmon from marinade and place on baking sheet (on foil if desired to prevent sticking) skin side down.
Cover with marinade and bake for 20-35 minutes, until fish is opaque and flakes easily.
Drop orzo into boiling salted water. Boil for 10 minutes.
Drain, season to taste and serve with salmon and a fresh green salad!
