Cook to internal temperature of 74C/165F.

Cook pasta in large pot of salted, boiling water until just tender.
Drain, reserving 1/2 cup of pasta water.
Meanwhile, pour contents of cream sauce ziploc into a large saucepan and place on medium heat, whisk until smooth and sauce is starting to thicken.
Add pasta, reserved pasta water and contents of tomato ziploc. Continue to cook, (stirring very gently so as not to break-up pasta), until hot and thickened.
