The flavours of Greece infuse boneless, pork chops and a bulgur salad filled with spinach, tomatoes and feta cheese.

Food Safety Tips Prior to Cooking:

Store in freezer until 48 hours prior to cooking.
Set in pan & thaw in refrigerator.
Cook to internal temperature of 74C/165F.

Cooking Instructions:

Place bulgur in a dish and pour 2.5 cups boiling water over bulgur. Let stand 20 minutes or until all water is absorbed. Add contents of sauce bag and stir well to combine.

While Bulgar is standing, pre-heat broiler, and place oven rack in its highest position
Massage the pork chop bag well to coat the pork chops on both sides. Remove pork from marinade. Place pork on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray. Broil 5minutes on each side until done.
Serve with bulgar salad as a side dish.
