Cheesy Ham and Macaroni

Old fashioned macaroni and cheese! A “Kid Friendly” blend of mozzarella and monterey jack cheeses, cubed ham and peas make this dish a favorite comfort food.

Store in freezer until 48 hours prior to cooking.
Set in pan & thaw in refrigerator.
Cook to internal temperature of 74C/165F.

Cooking Instructions:

Cook pasta in boiling salted water for 9 minutes, drain.
While pasta is cooking, empty white sauce into a large saucepan. Cook until thickened, stirring often.
Stir in cheese, then add macaroni, ham and peas and continue to cook, stirring until heated through. Serve hot.

Suggested Side Dish:

Fresh green salad.
