Cider Braised Pork Chops

Store in freezer until 48 hours prior to cooking.
Set in pan & thaw in refrigerator.
Cook to internal temperature of 74C/165F.

Cooking Instructions:

Heat a large skillet or dutch oven over med- high heat. Spoon 2-3 tbsp of liquid and add pork chops into skillet. Cook for 2-3 min. per side.
Reduce heat to med- low, add remaining ingredients, stirring gently to mix. Cover and cook for 30-45 minutes, until the pork is tender.
Stir peas into cooked rice and serve with the pork. Enjoy your dinner!
