Chili flavoured meatloaf is crowned with a blend of mashed potatoes, corn and green onions and topped with cheddar cheese.

Cooking Instructions

Food Safety Tips Prior to Cooking:

Store in freezer until 48 hours prior to cooking.
Set in pan & thaw in refrigerator.
Cook to internal temperature of 74C/165F.

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 190C/375F.

Make sure meatloaf bag is well sealed and massage to mix all the ingredients well. Gently press into bottom of 9-inch square baking pan.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until no longer pink and juices run clear. Carefully pour off drippings.
Massage potato bag to mix; spread over meatloaf to edges of pan; sprinkle with cheese . Broil 3 to 4 inches from heat 3 to 5 minutes or until top is lightly browned; cut into 6 servings.
